Privacy policy
Last updated 23 October 2026We collect only what we need to arrange your stay, lease or viewing, and we handle it in line with Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
1. What we collect
Your name, phone number, email, booking details and payment references. For leases we also collect a copy of your Ghana Card or passport. We do not receive full card numbers.
2. How we use it
To confirm requests, take payment, send receipts and reminders, prepare lease documents and contact you about your booking. We send marketing only if you opt in.
3. Who we share it with
Payaza (payment processing), our SMS, WhatsApp and email providers, the agent handling your request, and our legal partners for leases and sales. We never sell your data.
4. How long we keep it
Booking and payment records are kept for 6 years for tax and accounting. ID documents are deleted 12 months after a lease ends.
5. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent for messages, by writing to info@cerenohomesghana.com. You may also complain to the Data Protection Commission of Ghana.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Staff access is limited by role and logged.
